Our client is Mokka City (Cafe & Lounge) base in Dare salaam is looking to hire bakery assistant for his office in dare salaam, starting date is April, below are the requirement and other procedure for application of this Job.
Job description: To prepares, finish, pack and deliver exceptional Mokka City bakery, pastry and food products in clean, food code compliant working environment. Follow recipes and proper baking procedures. Identify inadequate inventory levels and any operational or product inefficiencies through proper communication channels. Practice effective food cost controls and maintain accurate recordkeeping of products prepared
Key duties and responsibilities: An Assistant bakery will be expected to perform any of the following tasks
:

1. Follow baking recipes, identify supplies, follow procedures safely and suggested bakery quantities.
2. Preparation or pans, proofing, scoring, baking and finish of baked goods and pastries, timely and efficiently while maintain cafe quality and presentation standards.
3. Gently packing, delivering and displaying food and pastries as necessary while maintain exceptional food and pastry presentation.
4. Record accurate food and pastry quantities for each retail store location.
5. Practice proper portion controls, quantities for food and bakery products. Maintain and organize proper storage, identification and organization of products while maintaining optimal freshness.
6. Monitor, verify and assist the Guest with necessary food and/or bakery special order and donation requests, striving to exceed guest expectations in product quality and presentation.
7. Ensure proper equipment and facility cleaning practices during each shift and maintain food code compliant facility at all times

The International institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) is a member of a world-wide network of International Agricultural Research Centers. /ITA's research focuses on smallholder cropping systems in sub-Saharan Africa. /ITA has a regional hub in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, which co-ordinates the work of the Institute in East Africa. /ITA seek to recruit two positions under the project Putting Nitrogen to work for smallholder farmers in Africa (N2 Africa) in Tanzania.
The BOO will be based at /ITA-Dar es Salaam Office with fieldwork travels to project sites in Mtwara, Southern Highlands, Lushoto, Kilimanjaro and Arusha

The data analyst will be based at IITA-Dar es Salaam with fieldwork travels to project sites in Mtwara, Southern Highlands, Lushoto, Kilimanjaro and Arusha.
Responsibilities:
The purpose of the position is to ensure acquisition of appropriate and quality data, from the project research trials, analysis and reporting for smooth implementation and achievement of the project goals. The Data Analyst will report to the N2Africa Country Coordinator. He or she will be responsible for project data management and more specifically:
Offer training and support to field teams and dissemination partners in establishment of agronomic research trials; Develop instruments for collection of quality data from agronomic trials and socio economic studies; Be responsible for entry of data, analysis and synthesis of outputs of analysis draw correct and logical conclusions; Responsible for storage of all the project research data and sharing it with the Senior project data analyst; Write summary reports from the data outputs and contribute to writing of technical reports and manuscripts ;Inform liT A and other project partners about the progress achieved and ensure timely output and feedback; Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor
